Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

At Kayhan Audio, we are committed to delivering a smooth and transparent experience for every customer. This policy sets out how we handle order cancellations and store credit. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us immediately through one of the following channels:

If your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, Kayhan Audio will issue store credit to your account within 1–2 business days. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future Kayhan Audio purchase.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, please refer to Section 2 of this policy.

2. Returns & Store Credit

2.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

Kayhan Audio accepts change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened, and resaleable condition with all original packaging intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., tax invoice or order confirmation)
  • The item has not been installed, used, or modified in any way
  • The item is not a custom-made, special-order, or pre-order product

Upon approval of a valid change-of-mind return, Kayhan Audio will issue store credit equivalent to the item value, less a 25% restocking fee. No cash refunds are available for change-of-mind returns.

Outbound and return shipping costs are not included in the store credit and remain the responsibility of the customer.

2.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 calendar days of delivery.

You may be required to provide photographs or video evidence of the issue.

Once the claim has been assessed and approved by Kayhan Audio, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Where the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs may be covered at Kayhan Audio's discretion.

2.3 Custom-Made, Special-Order & Pre-Order Items

Custom-made products, special-order items, and pre-orders are non-refundable and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

In place of a refund, Kayhan Audio will issue store credit to the value of the order. This store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any future Kayhan Audio purchase.

2.4 Partial Orders & Partial Amounts

Where a return or claim involves only part of an order, store credit will be assessed and issued only for the qualifying portion. Partial amounts are not eligible for cash refunds.

2.5 Items Not Eligible for Return or Store Credit

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Products that have been misused or operated contrary to the manufacturer's instructions
  • Change-of-mind return requests made after 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Custom-made, special-order, or pre-order items (change-of-mind)
  • Items returned without prior written authorisation from Kayhan Audio

3. Store Credit

3.1 When Store Credit Is Issued

  • Approved cancellations prior to dispatch
  • Approved change-of-mind returns (less the 25% restocking fee)
  • Approved claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Custom-made, special-order, or pre-order items
  • Partial order amounts that qualify under this policy
  • Goodwill gestures issued at Kayhan Audio's discretion

3.2 Store Credit Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Redeemable on any Kayhan Audio product
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be combined with promotions without written approval

4. Store Credit Processing Time

Once Kayhan Audio has received and inspected your returned item or assessed your claim, you will be notified of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued within 1–2 business days.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Return

  1. Contact us via phone, live chat, or email.
  2. Provide your order details and supporting evidence if required.
  3. Await written authorisation before returning any item.
  4. Return the item using a tracked postage service.
  5. Receive your store credit within 1–2 business days of approval.

6. Policy Changes

Kayhan Audio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
